It offered us quiet and perfect location next to a very peaceful park as well as historic sites.

Large room, big parking. Good breakfast. Quiet place - sleeping area.

Internet wasn't good in the room.

The hotel was romantic and clean, with extremely friendly staff especially from the receptionist. I appreciated the large rooms with comfortable beds. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and terry robes was a bonus.

The breakfast was average, I think it could be much better.

Well priced place, had a really good stay of the Bordeaux visit. The setting was perfect, next to the town center as well as a bus terminal and train station. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Jardin Des Prebendes. The food was good, had a huge variety of options. Appreciated this low-budget hotel, can't recommend highly enough.

During my solo stay, I found the hotel near beautiful parks like Jardin Des Prebendes and historic landmarks such as the Basilica of Saint Martin. The central location allowed me to soak in the charm of Tours without hassle.

Friendly efficient staff, excellent value, lovely location

The staff were young enthusiastic and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The ambiance and environs of the hotel were very pleasing. The evening meal was very good.

There was no information booklet in the room, so we lacked basic knowledge of the hotel's facilities. Despite having cereal available as a breakfast choice I had to ask for a spoon three days in a row as these were not readily available. Small but annoying. A function happening during dinner made us feel as resident diners that we were in the way.

The room was really really nice. The nicest we have stayed in ever.

The bathroom sheer curtain revealled too much to the restaurant diners below and the entrance didn't explain how to get in at all.

No milk for teat in rooms, or at breakfast table Jacuzzi wasn't working Running machine wasn't working. Really annoying as these were the reason I booked the hotel.

Good staff, excellent rooms and well priced and good quality food and wine.

Better directions for those unfamiliar with Tours would have been good.

It was OK but should be 3 star, certainly it is far from 4 star as advertised.

I will introduce the hotel to my firends for vacation. The hotel is in a newly renovated castle with full of peacefulness. The staff of the hotel are very firendily. And also I love the food of the hotel restaurant. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and had dinner at the hotel for 2 nights.

As it is newly a renovated hotel, the smell in corridor has sharp flavour.

Seemed to be incorporated with an old person's residence. Dining room only ok. Not too charming. Did not like Tours although it is not in the thick of it all.

The double room is relatively small, seemingly of about 10 square meters, while it is indicated as 20 square meters on the website. The roof is tilted, n°28, not comfortable. The guest didn’t communicate with the hotel timely due to language barrier, nor take photos as evidence. Later, when communicating with the customer service of booking, one customer service specialist showed very bad attitude as she only recognized the hotel’s description in words and required the customer to show the evidence. Also, she expressed that it was the customer who herself shall be held responsible for not keeping the evidence, and the customer may comment whatever on the website.
